Who we are

A kavovar is the coffee pot
in every Ukrainian home

We took the name because it describes the job well: something simple, switched on early, that fills the house with the smell of coffee and carries the rest of the day.

We cook the way people cook at home. Varenyky dough is rolled here, the borscht takes as long as it takes, and the cakes come out of the oven in the morning. When they run out, they run out.

Events

We do banquets too

A birthday, a christening, a work lunch, or a long table for no reason at all. We make canapés, meat and cheese boards, baked salmon, and a two-and-a-half-kilo liver cake.

Dishes are ordered by platter or portion, not per person. Give us some notice so we have time to prepare.
